Check before registration
Open the current terms and eligibility section from Stake.us. The registration screen can also identify a blocked location. Use these sources instead of an undated state list.

Stake US States: Availability and Eligibility Checks
Stake.us availability is controlled by its current sweepstakes rules and state restrictions. A national brand search does not mean every feature is available in every location.
Stake.us is a social casino. It uses Gold Coins for social play and Stake Cash under sweepstakes rules. Availability and redemption eligibility depend on the current state rules and account verification.
Location and identity
The operator may request location data and identity documents before allowing purchases or redemptions. Account details must match the person using the profile.
Rules can change
State legislation and operator policies develop independently. Recheck eligibility after moving, travelling or returning to an older account rather than assuming that a previous result still applies.
